CONSULT / MENTORSHIP
Meet Day Handling
Complete meet-day game plan design including strategic attempt selection and warm-up protocols.
Weight cut and bodyweight manipulation and meet day recomp protocols will be developed as needed.
Meet day handling will maximize your total with methodical attempt selection and experienced handling.
Tech/Program Feedback
Receive technical feedback through video analysis, provided with corrective and varying exercise selection to improve technique
Receive advice on program structuring and design. Develop a plan of action to progress your training and plan for success
Follow-up communication included to discuss progress and updates
